Description: These are styrene acrylic based construction chemicals which have excellent elastomeric and hydrophobic properties. Acrylic cement modifier that provides hard, touch, durable films. Excellent flexible coating with good chemicals resistance, good resistance to chemical UV rays & excellent elongation in cementitious compositions. Modified acrylic polymer with fibre reinforcement and additives.
Applications: These are widely used in water proofing of terraces and roof tops. When these are mixed with cementitious compositions, GMCRYL 400 improves adhesive strength in addition to providing excellent water resistance. Recommended for water proofing of cementitious surface.

Description: These are styrene acrylic based construction chemicals which have excellent hydrophobic properties. Once imparted into the admixture, these chemicals improve water resistance, heat resistance and resistance to ultra-violet radiations. Excellent bond strength with cementitious surface. They have excellent addition to various substrates like wood, concreate, brick & metal.
Applications: These are widely used in water proofing of terraces and roof tops. When these are mixed with cementitious compositions, GMCRYL76 improves adhesive strength in addition to providing excellent water resistance. Specially recommended for vertical cracks & crevices, which are subject to thermal expansion & construction.

Description: GM SB50 is used to bond new concrete, mortar, stucco, tiles, stones, and terrazzo to any structural sound surface, interior and exterior. It can also be used as an admixture in concrete mix to improve strength, chemical resistance and water proofing. It is eco-friendly
Applications: Most common uses of GMSB50 are bonding of old concrete to new concrete / mortar, patching, resurfacing, spray and fill coats, precast, repairing, building panels & beams, industrial flooring, highway and bridge deck repairs, waterproofing, etc.

Surface Preparation : All surfaces should be clean from dust, free from contamination, efflorescence and curing compounds. Application should be made on damped surface. – Before application surface should be in good condition. – Always add powder to latex.
Applications Slurry Bond Coat: For a slurry bond coat of VURA SBR mix with Cement in the ratio 1:1 – Brush apply 1 continuous coat of the mix on the prepared concrete substrate – Ensure to overlay the repair mortar when the bond coat is still tacky
Mortar & Render Modifier – A suitable mix ratio for patching repair mortar or render is as follows: – For a Repair Mortar of VURA SBR mix with Cement and Sand in the ratio 1:2:6
